2010 NO SPEED LIMIT Performance Camp

The 2010 No Speed Limit Performance camp was amazing. Special guest gold medalist LaShawn Merritt came and spent an entire afternoon with the athletes. The athletes, ranged from ages 8-18 all over the Hampton Roads area, came out to participate in speed and performance training for one entire week. The athletes got to experience speed training indoors on the track, agility training outside, and strength training on the beach. Each athlete showed their own personal strengths, and the camp attempted to harness that strength while still developing the skills in which the athletes needed improvement. The athletes drilled, practiced and then competed in the camps ABX Olympic games, which was won by Coach Satchell for the 2nd straight year.
